Terms & Conditions – KWG Game

Welcome to KWG Game. These Terms govern your use of kwg.games and the official KWG App. By registering, depositing, or playing any game, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to be bound by them in full. "KWG Game," "we," "us" means the platform and its operating team; "you" means anyone using it.

KWG Game is strictly for users aged 18 and above — an absolute rule with no exceptions. Registering confirms you are 18 or older, legally able to enter binding agreements, and that online gaming is permitted where you live, since rules differ across Indian states. Accounts found linked to anyone under 18 are closed immediately and any balance handled per applicable law. We may ask for age proof at any time.

One person may hold only one KWG Game account. Duplicate accounts are against these Terms and can lead to suspension of every account linked to that person. You're responsible for keeping your password and OTPs private, and must notify us right away at the first sign of unauthorised access. Details you provide at registration must be accurate — false information can mean permanent closure without refund of wallet balance.

Use KWG Game lawfully and fairly. The following are not allowed:

• Accessing another user's account without permission.
• Using bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game results by any means.
• Fraudulent transactions, including false payment disputes.
• Reverse engineering or extracting source code from the platform.

We investigate suspected violations and may suspend, terminate or, where warranted, report accounts involved.

Deposits run through secure third-party payment gateways supporting UPI, net banking, digital wallets and USDT (TRC20), subject to the limits shown at the time of transaction. Withdrawals go only to a payment method registered in your own name — never to a third party. Processing follows the estimated timeframes on our homepage, though actual time can vary with payment method and volume. We may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal as a fraud-prevention step; declining to provide it can delay or pause the request.

KWG Gift Codes are released only through official KWG channels and in-app events — never through unofficial resellers or third-party sites. Each code has a fixed number of redemptions and an expiry date; once either is reached, the code stops working regardless of when you received it. A code may be redeemed once per account, and redeemed value credits to your wallet like any other bonus, usable for gameplay subject to the specific terms shown at redemption.

Welcome bonuses, referral commissions and other promotions carry their own conditions — minimum activity, validity windows, wagering requirements — shown when the offer is presented. Using multiple accounts, automated tools or coordinated groups to claim bonuses or gift codes repeatedly is bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and account suspension.

All KWG Game content — text, game interfaces, graphics, logos and code — belongs to KWG Game or its licensors. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use only; copying, modifying, using our branding, or scraping data without written permission is not allowed and may result in account termination and legal action.

"User Content" means anything you send us — support emails, feedback, screenshots attached to a query. By submitting it, you confirm it's genuinely yours to share and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We use it only to resolve your query and improve the platform, and we grant ourselves a limited license to store and reference it for that purpose — we do not publish personal User Content without your consent, and we may remove submitted content that is unlawful or harmful at our discretion.

The platform is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every defect gets fixed instantly, or that the platform is free of every possible technical issue. Nothing here is financial or legal advice — game participation is entirely at your own risk, and no winnings are ever guaranteed.

To the extent Indian law allows, KWG Game and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from platform use, including from game outcomes, downtime or payment errors. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you deposited in the 30 days before the event giving rise to it. You agree to indemnify KWG Game against claims arising from your own violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, while the rest of these Terms remain fully valid and binding as if the invalidated part had never been included.

We may suspend or close an account, without prior notice, for violating these Terms, fraud, duplicate accounts, being under 18, playing from a region where online gaming isn't permitted, bonus or gift code abuse, or activity that disrupts the platform for others. You can close your own account anytime by writing to support — any wallet balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold is processed for payout, subject to verification.

We may update these Terms at any time; the "Last Updated" date moves when the content genuinely changes, and continuing to use KWG Game after an update means you accept it. For changes significant enough to affect your rights, we'll try to give reasonable notice. These Terms are governed by Indian law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of competent courts in India — both sides agree to first attempt resolving disagreements directly before escalating.
